Herwanta Race

Hear the sleepy cry of a teekkari and head to Herwanta! 

As April approaches, the Wappu spirit starts to take hold, and what better way to get a head start on the festivities than a campus-wide checkpoint race? The Teekkari Section is once again bringing the traditional Herwanta Race, the best checkpoint event in Herwanta, to the campus! 

Gather a team of about four people and head to the southern Hervanta campus to discover the most entertaining checkpoints hosted by guilds and clubs. This year, the first teams will start at 4:00 PM on April 3rd, and the last ones will return before 7:00 PM. The teams that impress the checkpoint hosts the most will be rewarded with amazing prizes! Plus, unique freshman points will be up for grabs! 

Registration opens on Monday, March 17th, at 12:00 PM.
